COVID-19 Contact Lens Program

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Beverly Hills Optometry & CooperVision have partnered to support essential hospital workers during COVID-19 by providing complimentary refills of their contact lenses.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:

Essential hospital workers are eligible to receive one complimentary box of CooperVision contact lenses for each eye. This includes all 1-day, 2 week and monthly brands that CooperVision manufactures. The patient must have a current CooperVision contact lens Rx to be eligible.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Beverly Hills Optometry & CooperVision are ready to help support patients who are engaged as essential hospital workers on the front lines in the US. Patient working at a hospital to fight COVID-19 are encouraged to utilize the Essential Hospital Workers Complimentary Contact Lens Program, which provides these replacement contact lenses. We are also accepting patients family and friends who are not current patients of ours.

REQUIREMENTS:

Photo documentation of patient's hospital badge.

PROGRAM DATES:

Program runs from May 7, 2020 – June 5, 2020.

ORDER PROCESS:

We will need patient's full name, shipping address, hospital name, hospital address, photo of hospital badge, & patient's Rx (if exam was performed elsewhere).
